Employment Discrimination and Harassment - Filing a Charge with EEOC, IDHR or Others
If you are a victim of discrimination, you may wish to file a charge of discrimination with a governmental agency and retain an attorney to represent you during the administrative proceedings and for litigation, if necessary. The EEOC permits a charge to be filed within 300 days of the discrimination.

Housing Discrimination
In addition to the agencies listed above, the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) accepts and investigates charges of discrimination in housing.
