Settlement/Mediation Conferences |

For a pre-determined fee, our attorneys will meet with prospective clients, review their documents, and prepare them for settlement and/or mediation conferences. If desired, one of our attorneys will attend the conference with the prospective client in front of:
- Administrative Agencies such as EEOC, IDHR, HRC, CCCHR, CCHR, HUD, OSHA;
- Administrative Law Judges;
- Federal or state court judges or magistrates;
- Private mediators as a agreed to by the parties;
- Other mediators through various Alternative Dispute Resolution programs;
